IT Easy was subcontracted to design and develop Travel Easy and Expense Easy, online workflow tools to streamline and manage the internal processes of raising, approving and booking travel requests, and via data feeds from AMEX, Diners Club, VISA and MasterCard, automate and streamline the process of raising, approving and posting of expense claims.

The platforms achieved a 30% reduction in direct travel expenses and over $70,000 per month in operating expenses.
